The pool area felt overly crowded, particularly during peak hours!!! Hot water cuts made showering a challenge, and the room locks often failed, requiring assistance to gain access. Noise from nearby bars also disrupted sleep!!!

I was blown away by the friendly staff. they treated me like family, always checking in if I needed anything. The swimming pool was crystal clear, and the surrounding palm trees and flowers created this paradise feel.
